Our office staff sets your services up on an every 21 day cycle. The office will ask you questions about your property so the spray tech is aware before coming out. These notes may include pets on property, pool, certain areas to avoid spraying, etc. Our spray technicians are directed to give an ETA call or text determined by the directions on your account. If you do not request this in your notes it may not always be given.
Our spray techs come out and service your yard every 21 days. Of course, the weather is something beyond our control so if weather does push services back, our customers will receive a weather delay email and be serviced the next day as long as weather allows.
